Robert Stidham, President and Chief Development Officer
Robert Stidham is president of Franchise Dynamics, a full-service franchise sales outsourcing firm. Based in Chicago, Franchise Dynamics currently represents a number of emerging to large-sized franchisors in a wide variety of categories throughout the United States and worldwide.
Mr. Stidham is an accomplished franchise sales and business development executive with a proven track record of increasing franchise units, revenue and profitability while gaining market share and expanding brand awareness for both new franchise concepts and established brands. He has held a variety of positions in the franchise industry in franchise development, operations, consulting and as a franchise company president. Mr. Stidham is active in the International Franchise Association (IFA), serving as a member of the International Committee (formerly Global Marketing Committee - GLOMAK) and Research Committee, having previously served as a member of the IFA Membership Committee.
Since 1992, he has been involved with over 2,000 franchised business start-ups, multi-unit, and area development agreements in over 45 countries. Mr. Stidham’s experience includes a variety of franchise categories including business and home services, and retail and food concepts for small franchisors and major companies such a MRI Worldwide, Dunhill Staffing Systems, Oberweis Ice Cream and Harris Research, Inc. (parent company of Chem-Dry and N-Hance Wood Renewal), a Home Depot company.
Mr. Stidham has attended DePaul University for his undergraduate studies and has completed graduate studies at Loyola University Chicago. He is a candidate for the prestigious “Certified Franchise Executive” designation from the International Franchise Association. Mr. Stidham has recently written about various franchise topics for “Franchising World” magazine and has recently been interviewed for articles appearing in The Wall Street Journal, Franchise Times, Franchise Update and SUCCESS Magazine.

Services and Retail Division
Charles Dobyns is the Vice President of the Services and Retail Division. Mr. Dobyns is based in Springfield, Missouri. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics, Charles was the Vice President of Franchise Development with Fast Wrap USA, LLC, where he built the franchise development and training programs. Prior to this, Charles held the positions of Vice President of Franchise Development with Line-X Franchise Development Corp. During his leadership role with Line-X FDC, the company was ranked the 51st largest franchise in the US by Entrepreneur Magazine 2006. Mr. Dobyns also held the positions of Director of Franchise Development with Ziebart International and Director of Sales, North America with Rhino Linings USA. He has been involved in the sale of more than 1,000 franchise units during his career. He is a candidate for the prestigious "Certified Franchise Executive" designation from the International Franchise Association. Mr. Dobyns is also an experienced entrepreneur holding the position of President and Managing General Partner of Dorman's Tire, Inc. and TriValley Tire Inc., a 31-location Goodyear Franchise from 1990 to 2000.

Rachel Stender is a Senior Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Most recently she served as Director of Franchisor Development for FranChoice, a premier network of referral consultants in the United States. There she worked with existing franchisors to reach their utmost potential in franchisee development and new franchisors to evaluate and partner with. Prior to this, Rachel worked as Advertising Sales Manager for Bison Advertising, an online lead generation portal, and as a Franchise Consultant for FranChoice. Previous to her interest in the franchise industry, Rachel worked with many independent and start-up businesses, participating in the development of various stages of their growth. Her career began working with retailer Target Corporation in merchandising, planning and distribution and then with Gap, Inc. where she was part of the team tasked with opening a new division of their company, Banana Republic Factory Stores, and successfully played a key role in the opening of 43 new locations. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Journalism Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a Certificate in Business.

Craig Sobel is a Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics he served as the Franchise Marketing and Business Development Manager for The Launch Pad, a start-up franchisor focused on Information Technology for small to mid-sized businesses. Previous to this experience, Craig worked in Franchise Development for Expense Reduction Analysts, assisting numerous professionals make the transition from the corporate world to business ownership. Prior to his experience with franchising, Craig led sales organizations for several post-secondary proprietary education companies, focusing on student recruitment and retention. Craig's career began in the Information Technology sector where he was a corporate instructor of networking technologies, holding industry certifications such as Master Certified Novell Engineer and Instructor. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from The University of South Florida.

Leslie Moore is a Manager of Franchise Development with the Services and Retail Division at Franchise Dynamics and is based in Springfield, Missouri. Most recently Leslie served as a Tax Preparation and Development Consultant for the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Franchise where she obtained a background in sales, marketing and professional counseling. Prior to this role, Leslie engaged in numerous roles, these including operations management, customer service representative, as well as assisting with budget and cost control development for Qunicy Magoo's Restaurant chain. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Human Services and a minor in Psychology from Graceland University.

At Home and Mobile Division
Michael Pollock is the Vice President of the At Home and Mobile Division for Franchise Dynamics. Mr. Pollock is based in Dallas, Texas. He was most recently a leading franchise consultant affiliated with The Entrepreneur Authority (TEA), a franchise brokerage firm. In that role, Mike chaired their Franchise Review Committee which determined the franchises TEA would represent. During his time in this role, he worked with prospective franchisees to purchase a diverse array of franchises in single unit, multi-unit and area development franchise sales transactions. Mike has been a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences on franchising, entrepreneurship, and small business ownership. He is certified by the Franchise Center of Excellence in Dallas, as well as The Franchise Center Certificate Program in El Paso. He is part of the Speakers and Experts Bureau with the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) and has completed his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation with the International Franchise Association. Mike is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Tregg Johnson is a Senior Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Birmingham, Alabama. Most recently he served as Senior Director of Franchise Development for Wyndham Worldwide, Inc., the world’s largest hotel franchisor. In this role, he represented and sold over a 100 franchise unit sales including Days Inn, Ramada Inn, Super 8 and six other brands in the Southeast region of the U.S. He is the recipient of 7 President’s Club awards with Wyndham. In addition to this role, he has been very active in the hotel and franchising community for the last 20 years. He is certified by the American Hotel and Lodging Association as a Certified Hotel Administrator. Tregg has also been extensively involved in the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), as well as various Mondir and Samaj activities throughout the Southeast. Tregg attended Purdue University, Belmont University, and is a graduate of Georgia State University with a major in Hospitality Administration.

Michael Malone is a Senior Director of Franchise Development with Franchise Dynamics and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has been in franchising for nearly 30 years and has been involved in nearly 500 franchise unit sales over the course of a franchising career which includes him working as a franchisee, a franchise industry consultant and a franchise executive with a variety of franchise brands such as The Dwyer Group, an international franchise group that offers six distinct home service franchises, Cendant®, one of the world's largest franchisors with brands such as AVIS, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Century 21 real estate, Ramada Inn and Jackson Hewitt, and at N-Hance®, a division of Harris Research, Inc., a Home Depot Company. He has broad franchise company experience as a franchise development executive, in brand development, and in business unit management. Michael holds his Franchise Management Certification from the University of Texas (El Paso) and attended Brigham Young University.

Joe Merrall is a Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Most recently Joe served as Franchise Development Director for Computer Troubleshooters. In addition to this role, he has previously worked with TSS Photography and Foot Solutions in business development, training and operations; and with Lady of America in sales and marketing. Prior to that Joe spent 19 years with The Athletes Foot working closely with franchisee owners (both domestic and international) as a Regional Sales Manager in developing more franchise units and increasing their profits. In his early years on the franchisee side he was a District Manager and Director of Training. Joe attended both California University and Polk Community College.

Mark Potocki is a Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Chicago, Illinois. Most recently Mark was responsible for overseeing the Franchise Development Department at Spring-Green Lawn Care. While at Spring-Green, Mark served as a guest speaker at the Chicago IFA Legal Symposium as well as regional FBN and WFN events. Mark has been awarded with three STAR awards at the Franchise Update Leadership Conference for best practices in his sector and has been seen on Fox Business News discussing the benefits of a home and mobile franchise in today's economy. Mark holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Chicago and a Med. from the University of La Verne.

David Gonzalez is the Vice President of the Restaurant Division at Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics, he served as Vice President/General Manager for Bennigan's Franchising Company, where he rebuilt their franchise program from the ground up and was responsible for developing new strategies, business plans and managed new “Franchise Disclosure Document” (FDD) creation. Prior to this, David was the Vice President - Franchise Operations and Development at Metromedia Restaurant Group (MRG), where he handled global franchise operations and development for multiple brands (29 Degree Tavern, Bennigan’s, Steak and Ale, Ponderosa Steak House, Bonanza Steak House) with over 400 franchise units worldwide. Before joining MRG, David held a variety of development, finance and marketing positions at Sagittarius Brands, where he worked with both Del Taco and Captain D’s Seafood businesses and developed significant franchise restaurant financing expertise at Growth Capital Franchise Solutions. He has been involved in the sale of more than 1,000 franchise units, worldwide, during the course of his career. His prior professional background includes working with Verizon and a number of entrepreneurial startup software companies. David earned two Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Southern Methodist University, with minors in Advertising and Political Science.

Michael Iglesias is a Senior Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics, he served as Director of Franchise Development for Pizza Inn, Inc., a 350 unit pizza chain, where he was responsible for development strategy and the recruitment of franchisees in a 20 state region. Prior to this, he worked as National Sales Division Manager for TCBY, a national franchise chain that is a leader in the frozen yogurt industry. At TCBY, he was responsible for the development of non-traditional outlets such as schools, universities, airports, hospitals, cafeterias, theme parks and convenience stores. During his accomplished franchise and business career, Michael has worked with both single and multi-unit operators in helping them to develop business plans for a variety of franchised concepts. Michael holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas, majoring in marketing.

Michelle Ames is a Director of Franchise Development for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Most recently, she served as Global Development Manager at Brinker International, most known as owner and franchisor of Chili's Grill & Bar. In this role, she was responsible for indentifying and qualifying potential multi-unit franchisees for markets around the world. Prior to Brinker, Michelle was Director of Legal Services for Wingstop, where she oversaw all legal activities for the company, including franchise documentation and administration. Michelle has worked in franchising in various capacities since 1998. She also has experience as a franchisee, herself.
Michelle is a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association and holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University.

Christina Hever is a Development Manager with the Restaurant Division at Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics, she served as Franchise Sales Manager for Pizza Inn, Inc. Christina has a diverse background in the restaurant industry including operations, sales and marketing. Her extensive experience was developed while working for Metromedia Restaurant Group and Brinker International.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with minor in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.

Kelly Walker is a Franchise Development Manager for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, she served as National Franchise Account Executive for The Wall Street Journal. In this role since 2005, she was responsible for both print and digital franchise development advertising where she worked closely with franchisors from all industry sectors across the country. Prior to this role, Kelly handled marketing for The Wall Street Journal since 2001.
Kelly is an involved member of the International Franchise Associaiton and Women in Franchising. She holds a Bachelors degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University.

Ashley Walters is a Franchise Development Manager for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, TX. Most recently, Ashley served as a Senior Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global talent solutions company focused on workforce solutions, career transition and leadership consulting. In this role Ashley acted as an engagement consultant as well as a career transition coach, delivering coaching and group training on a variety of topics. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Ashley was the Art Director and Administrative Marketing Team Leader for Don Bowman Designs, a commercial décor company.
Ashley received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Alex Lowe is a Marketing Manager for Franchise Dynamics and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Franchise Dynamics, he was with Verizon Communications for 11 years where he built a successful career as a sales and marketing professional. Alex has a strong background in both “business-to-business” and “business-to-consumer” marketing and sales, specializing in direct marketing, online marketing and sales channel development. His prior professional background includes brewery sales for the New England Brewing Company, a self-distributing microbrewery in Norwalk, Connecticut where he was responsible for product distribution into a variety of restaurants and entertainment sites throughout the entire New England area, generating over 35% of total company sales. Alex holds a Bachelors degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a major in Psychology.
