Qualifying for Representation

Because of the way in which our fees are structured (and the minimum levels of performance built into our contracts), Franchise Dynamics will only work with a franchisor if it is confident that certain levels of franchise sales can reasonably be obtained.  We cannot guarantee any franchisor acceptance into the Franchise Dynamics program. 

Each franchise company is evaluated on its own merits.  Factors used in evaluating a prospective franchisor include:

  • Success levels of existing franchisees (if any)
  • Validation by existing franchisees (if any)
  • Competitive structure of the franchise offering
  • Caliber of franchise marketing materials
  • Uniqueness of the offering
  • Reasonableness of start-up costs and anticipated returns
  • The ability to service franchisees
  • Scope of franchise marketing efforts
  • Adequate capitalization for the desired rate of growth
  • Strength of the management team
  • Advertising budget and growth goals that are consistent with that budget

For companies interested in our program, the first step is to discuss some of these issues with one of our representatives.  Should we both agree that this relationship may be of mutual benefit, we will then ask you to send us your FDD, marketing materials, and other pertinent information for further evaluation. 

If appears that there is a good “fit,” we will generally schedule a visit to your headquarters.  At that meeting, we will learn more about “what we have to sell,” and, if deemed mutually appropriate, will finalize our contractual relationship.

Once the relationship has been finalized, we will begin working any existing leads you have and will take over all franchise sales activities.

  • Franchise marketing input
  • Initial lead handling
  • Database input and maintenance
  • Materials distribution
  • Preliminary qualification
  • FDD disclosure
  • Discovery day
  • Document management and preparation
  • Pre- and post-franchise sales closing support
  • Ongoing management reporting
